A gang of four men unleashed an attack dog on five Jewish teenage high school students ages 15 to 17 on Wednesday.
German police said Thursday that two of the alleged attackers, ages 27 and 31, will be brought before a Magistrate's Court in Berlin.
According to German Holocaust scholar Gottfried Cosler, the word "Jew" has recently become a common epithet among German youth.
