IAF forces targeted a car in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City on Wednesday afternoon.  The strike took place following a barrage of 30 terrorist rockets on Israeli towns in the western Negev.

It was not immediately clear who was killed in the IAF strike.  Local Arabs said IAF forces had apparently aimed at a car full of Islamic Jihad terrorists, but had missed and hit a nearby vehicle instead, killing three civilians.
