Jerusalem Schools' Study Times Cut For Bush Visit

Kindergartens and schools close to transportation routes and streets that will be used by US President George W. Bush during his upcoming visit have been forced to adjust their schedules as follows:

Wednesday, January 9: classes will be held from 8 AM to 1 PM
Thursday, January 10: classes will be held from 8 AM to 2 PM
Friday, January 11: classes will begin at 9 AM and end as usual.

The following primary schools will be affected: Experimental, Evelina DeRothschild, Paula Ben-Gurion, Dugma Uziel & Jewish Quarter. The following high schools will be affected: Arts, Experimental, Evelina DeRothschild, Gymnasium & Beit Chinuch. Parents are requested to be in contact with their children’s schools and kindergartens regarding changes. School buses will operate in accordance with expected traffic changes.
