A wanted terrorist turned himself in to IDF forces on Monday night in Kfar Kadum, in Samaria.  IDF forces had surrounded a building in which the terrorist was hiding for several hours, and were threatening to destroy the building if he did not come out.

The terrorist has been identified as Mussa Akel.  Akel is a member of Fatah, the group currently in charge of the Palestinian Authority.
