According to residents of the Arab village of Kfar Kadum, IDF forces are surrounding a house in the village in which a wanted terrorist is hiding.  Residents say the army is threatening to destroy the building if the terrorist does not turn himself in.

The village of Kfar Kadum is located near the Jewish city of Kedumim, in Samaria.  IDF spokesmen have yet to confirm the report.
