Local Arabs have identified the terrorist killed near Jenin on Monday afternoon as 19-year-old Fuaz Farihat.  Farihat was a member of Islamic Jihad.

According to local sources, Farihat accidentally ran into an Israeli unit and the two sides exchanged fire.  Farihat was killed and no IDF soldiers were wounded.  Local Arabs claimed that Farihat’s hands and feet were bound before he was delivered to a nearby hospital.
