The government has decided not to charge a 29-year-old Arab man with attempted murder, despite the man's admission that he intended to "kill a Jew," Israel Radio reported Monday. The unnamed resident of Jericho was arrested Sunday night south of Tel Aviv with a kitchen knife in his possession.
