Is Israel Negotiating with Hamas?

(IsraelNN.com) Dubai-based El-Arabiyya newspaper reported Friday that Israel has been conducting secret negotiations with Hamas in recent months, moderated by a Swiss third-party. According to the report, Israel has asked the terror organization to stop firing Kassam Rockets at Israeli cities in exchange for Israeli promises not to attack terrorists associated with Hamas.
