Environmental Protection Minister Gideon Ezra told Arutz 7 Wednesday that he "agrees to the division of Jerusalem, but without discussing the Old City," and that only neighborhoods on the edge of the city should be given to the Arabs.
Regarding the murder of two Jewish hikers by PA/Fatah "policemen," Ezra said: "I doubt that they operated under instructions from the organization's commanders." Ezra tried to convince his interviewer that there was a change for the better in the attitude towards Israelis in Judea and Samaria, and noted that the hiker who survived the attack told of people waving hello at them before the shooting.
