(IsraelNN.com) Israel Defense Forces killed six Hamas, Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade and Popular Resistance Committee terrorists in a joint land and air operation early Wednesday morning.  Five of the terrorists were killed by an Israel Air Force Missile strike, with a sixth being killed in a firefight with IDF forces on the ground. One of the dead is a local field commander, according to Hamas.  An additional five Arab gunmen were wounded.

The Israeli strike occurred after Arab terrorists fired anti-tank missiles at Israeli troops in the area.

A member of Hamas security forces was killed, with three wounded Tuesday, as they attempted to cross the border from PA-controlled areas into Israel.
