Hamas and Fatah terrorists continued fighting in Gaza on Tuesday morning after six were killed in bloody clashes the night before. Witnesses reported hearing mortar shell blasts in addition to gunshots. One member of Hamas and one member of Fatah were killed. Dozens were wounded.
Fatah spokesmen said that Hamas had released a senior Fatah terrorist, Ibrahim Abu al-Naja, who was arrested the night before. The group forcibly shaved al-Naja’s moustache before releasing him, a gesture seen as humiliating in Gaza society.
