Two Egyptian women have died of Avian Flu, according to Egyptian health officials quoted by the Associated Press. 

Nineteen people have died of the dangerous H5N1 strain of bird flu in Egypt in the past year.

Four have died of the infectious disease this week alone in Egypt. The health officials said most of the fatalities were women who had daily contact with chickens and turkeys raised in their yards.
