Meteo-Tech forecasters said Monday that the day would be bright and partially cloudy.  Temperatures are expected to increase slightly in the central district and the south.

Temperatures dropped below zero degrees Celsius (32 Fahrenheit) overnight on Sunday in the Hod HaSharon region.  On Monday, temperatures in Jerusalem and the North are expected to be 6-15 degrees Celsius (41-59F).  Temperatures will range from 9-19 (48-66F) degrees in Haifa, 7-20 (43-68F) in Tel Aviv and Ashkelon, and 9-21 (48-70F) in Eilat.
