A new audio tape of a voice alleged to be that of Osama Bin Laden, leader of the international Al-Qaeda terrorist organization, reiterated the Islamist arch-terrorist's oft-repeated threat to annihilate Israel.

The tape, released Saturday, expressed Al-Qaeda's support for local terrorist organizations and slammed Arab leaders who recognize the State of Israel, such as Jordanian King Abdullah II and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. "We will not recognize even one inch for Jews in the land of Palestine as other Muslim leaders have," he sneered.

"I would like to assure our people in Palestine that we will expand our jihad there. We intend to liberate Palestine, the whole of Palestine from the (Jordan) river to the sea," said Bin Laden on the tape. Security officials have said they believe Al-Qaeda cells are operating in the Palestinian Authority areas.
