Russia Sent Iran Second Shipment of Nuclear Fuel

(IsraelNN.com) Russia has delivered a second shipment of nuclear fuel to Iran, for operating the new reactor at Bushehr, according to the vice-president of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization (OIEA), Ahmed Feyazbaksh.

The official said that the current shipment includes an identical amount of fuel to that which was delivered in the first shipment, on December 17th. Russia is expected to deliver 82 tons of nuclear fuel in the next two months.

Russian sources said the last shipment of nuclear fuel to Iran is expected to arrive in February, making completion of the reactor possible six months later.
