The number of terrorists killed by the IDF in Gaza Thursday rose to four by midday, according to local sources, in a raid described by an IDF spokesman as a "routine counter-terrorism operation."
Two armed gunmen were killed in the early morning hours in an exchange of gunfire with Golani Brigade soldiers in central Gaza. Both were reportedly members of the Islamic Jihad terror gang. The ruling Hamas terrorist organization said the other two dead operatives were members of its group.
The PRC had claimed it launched a Kassam rocket attack that hit the yard of an elementary school in Sderot. Several children were reportedly treated for shock and the school building was slightly damaged.
