Study: Most Al-Qaeda Terrorists Educated

(IsraelNN.com) A study conducted by the United States Military Academy has found that most members of the international terrorist group Al-Qaeda received a college education.  The study followed known Al-Qaeda terrorists from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Libya.

Not only did education fail to discourage terrorism, the West Point study found, but many universities had become hotbeds of terrorist activity, and had created new Al-Qaeda followers.  The study was similar to a years-old Israeli study showing that many suicide bombers were from the educated middle class, while almost all terrorist leaders had at least one college degree.
