According to Israeli intelligence officals, some of the Arabs Israel is allowing to travel from Gaza to Saudia Arabia for the Hajj will travel to Iran for terror training before returning to Gaza.

The officials estimate some 1,400 Arabs left Gaza for Mecca, some with Israel's permission.  Many Arabs left without entry permits, some of whom are Hamas operatives.
