      Housing Ministry Plans Jerusalem Neighborhood

According to Haaretz, the Housing Ministry is planning a new Jewish neighborhood to be built in Jerusalem.  The neighborhood would be located in the northeast part of the city, in an area liberated from Jordanian occupation during the Six Day War.

The neighborhood would be the largest built in the eastern part of the city to date, according to Haaretz.  It would include some 10,000 housing units.
