Officials in Saudi Arabia and Egypt are attempting to help former Palestinian Authority coalition partners Hamas and Fatah to reconcile, according to Haaretz. Hamas arch terrorist Khaled Mashaal recently traveled to Saudi Arabia, where according to Hamas spokesmen, he plans to meet with senior Saudi officials and update them on the breakdown in negotiations with Fatah.
Senior Fatah terrorists in Judea and Samaria reported that Egyptian officials are trying to arrange a meeting between Fatah and Hamas in Cairo later in the month. Egypt is attempting to convince the two rival terrorist groups to continue negotiations, they said.
