IDF Arrests 11 Wanted Terrorists

Army soldiers Wednesday night arrested 11 wanted terrorists in Jenin, Hevron, Bethlehem and Kalkilya in their nightly roundup. No one was injured.

Israel has established a policy of not arresting Fatah terrorists unless they are "ticking bombs."
