A recent poll of Arabs with Israeli citizenship reveals that 65.6 percent of respondents believe Arab negotiators have no authority to recognize Israel, with 81 percent agreeing the negotiators cannot acknowledge Jewish rights to Jerusalem. Almost 80 percent of those polled believe that delegates to Annapolis have no mandate to forfeit a PA Arab 'right of return' to lands within the State of Israel.

The poll was conducted by the Mada-El-Carmel Institue, or the Arab Center for Practical Social Research.
