The Palestinian Authority (PA) said that Israel will release more than 400 terrorists and prisoners at 10 a.m. Sunday morning. Fourteen of the terrorists are from Gaza, and Israel has said none of those to be freed are members of Hamas.
However, several terrorists refused to sign a declaration denying allegiance to Hamas and preferred to stay in prison, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert agreed to the release as part of another "good will" move to bolster the standing of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
