Amru Moussa, the Secretary General of the Arab League said that the Arab countries will not offer Israel "normalization for free."

"There is no such thing as normalization for free," Moussa said at a meeting of 11 Arab League foreign ministers in Cairo.

The Arab League countries were invited by the U.S. to participate in the Annapolis summit next week.
