(IsraelNN.com) ZAKA, the hareidi-religious volunteer organization that identifies victims of terror, and the Sderot Municipality are suing Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal in the International Court of Justice in the Hague for crimes against humanity, ZAKA reported Wednesday.

Zaka chief Yehuda Meshi-Zahav and Sderot Mayor Eli Moyal hold Mashaal responsible for killing and wounding innocent civilians in hundreds of terrorist rocket attacks from Gaza.

In the lawsuit, prepared by Atty. Nick Kaufman of the State Prosecutor's Office, Meshi-Zahav and Moyal detail rocket attacks on Sderot, as well as Mashaal's many anti-Israel statements. Mashaal has repeatedly declared that the Arabs of the Land of Israel have a right to carry out terror attacks against civilians.
