American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has lost her appeal following three years in which no peace treaties or major foreign policy pacts were completed, according to an Associated Press analysis.
"Donald Trump says she can't close a deal. The pope politely declined to meet with her, saying he was on vacation," wrote journalist Anne Gearan. "Trump has told interviewers this year that while Secretary Rice is, as he puts it, a nice lady, her handshake tours of foreign capitals never result in a deal. If Cabinet secretaries got report cards, most major categories for Secretary Rice would be marked 'incomplete.'"
