The national Student Union has called on students to boycott Hassan Nizar, a lecturer at Sapir College.  Nizar recently told a student to leave his classroom after the student showed up in his IDF uniform.  The student refused to leave, and Nizar allegedly continued to insult him throughout the class.

Brigadier-General Danny Van Biren, the head of the IDF reserves, said Monday that the incident was “a serious insult.”  Van Biren called on Sapir College to avoid similar incidents in the future.
