(IsraelNN.com) The Yad VaShem Holocaust Memorial project is planning to create an Arabic-language website.  Yad VaShem created a website in Farsi one year ago, shortly after Iran hosted a conference of Holocaust deniers.  Workers say they have received positive responses from those who read the Farsi site.

The Arabic version of the site will include the history of the Holocaust, pictures from Auschwitz, documentation of what Jews went through in concentration camps, and the stories of Albanian Muslims who saved Jews during the war.  The site will not discuss connections between the Holocaust and contemporary politics, workers said.  The site will be launched on International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, 2008.
