An Israeli citizen who entered Ramallah was handed back to Israel by Palestinian Authority police Friday. The Israeli was brought to the Coordination and Liaison checkpoint at Beit El.

He was unhurt and was taken by police to be questioned.

It is not yet known whether the Israeli strayed into Ramallah or entered it purposely.
