The IDF arrested nine more wanted terrorists overnight. None of the soldiers suffered injuries. Four were arrested in Shechem, where the Palestinian Authority (PA) has deployed forces to try to crack down on terror. Two other terrorists were arrested in Ramallah, two in Bethlehem and one southeast of Hevron.
Terrorists on Thursday threw a firebomb on a vehicle near Gush Etzion on Highway 60 connecting Jerusalem with Kiryat Arba and the southern Hevron Hills. No one was injured. Checkpoints in the area have been reduced in recent weeks as part of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's "good will" concessions to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
