The international police agency Interpol will vote this week on whether or not to put five Iranian men and one Lebanese man on the agency’s “Most Wanted” list for their involvement in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Argentina. The attack killed 85 people. Police in Argentina say they have enough evidence to support the addition of the six men to the wanted list.
Iran originally planned to delay the vote until next year, one agent said. However, Iranian officials decided Monday not to obstruct the vote, and did not file a request for a delay.
