Teachers Prevent Olmert from Speaking

(IsraelNN.com) A large number of teachers have prevented Prime Minister Ehud Olmert from addressing an Israel Management Center conference in Tel Aviv in which he was scheduled to speak about proposed educational reforms. The Prime Minister opened his remarks with statements against the placing of posters of President Shimon Peres with an Arab kafiah

However, when he began to speak about education, the teachers shouted and booed several times, and the Prime Minister could not continue with his speech until security officers removed the disrupters from the hall.
