Police and Border Guard officers are gearing up in force to deploy in anticipation of protests expected to take place before, during and after the 3:00 p.m. circumcision ceremony (brit mila) for Yigal Amir's son.
Amir, the man who was convicted of assassinating then-Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin 12 years ago, won an appeal in Tel Aviv District Court to allow the ceremony to be held at the Rimonim Prison where he is incarcerated.
Two fenced-off areas have been set aside for demonstrators to use during the protests.
