Six Palestinian Authority officers were convicted Sunday for abandoning their posts during the Hamas terrorist organization's takeover of Gaza in June 2007.

The six Fatah officers were sentenced in a PA military court to up to three years in prison for running away from the fierce fighting for control of the area.
