Dolev Vineyards Uprooted by Arab Vandals Reported: 03:55 AM - Oct/28/07
(IsraelNN.com) After residents of Dolev discovered that a local synagogue was burned by Arab terrorists, early Friday, they made a second disturbing discovery: Vineyards owned by Jews were significantly damaged, apparently by Arab vandals. The vandals tore out vines and caused significant damage to the automatic watering system that supplied water to the grapes.
It was not clear when the damage occurred, but area residents said that Arabs have been in the area of the vineyards in recent days, claiming that they were picking olives during the annual harvest. After being told of the second incident, Local resident and Yesha council member Adi Mintz said that the yishuv had received “a warning sign. Today it is shuls and vineyards that are destroyed, tomorrow it will be the life of a human being. The army must send in more forces to defend the residents of this area,” he said. ![]() Check out the Chill Zone - Funny, Entertaining Videos © IsraelNN Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
