Terrorists fired four rockets at Israeli towns in the western Negev on Thursday night.  No injuries were reported in the attacks.

Earlier in the evening terrorist spokesmen complained that Defense Minister Ehud Barak was violating human rights agreements by threatening to temporarily stop the supply of Israeli electricity to Gaza.  Barak has said that the supply of electricity to towns in northern Gaza might be cut off during nighttime hours in response to the ongoing attacks.
