At least one terrorist was killed in northern Gaza on Thursday in a clash with IDF soldiers.  Soldiers fired on terrorists who were attempting to place two improvised explosive devices (IED's) along the perimeter fence.

According to the Bethlehem-based Maan news agency, Islamic Jihad spokesmen later said that two of their terrorists were killed in the incident.  IDF spokesmen said that only one terrorist was hit by IDF gunfire, while the second was captured.
