Golani Brigade soldiers stationed near northern Gaza foiled an attempt by Palestinian Authority terrorists to place two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) along the perimeter fence. One terrorist was taken captive and another was wounded by IDF gunfire.
Soldiers stationed at an observation post looking into northern Gaza spotted two armed men approaching the perimeter fence. The two brought with them a carriage from which they removed two IEDs ready for detonation. A unit of soldiers stationed on the ground charged the terrorists and prevented the sabotage and possible attack.
