Syrian President Bashar Assad said Thursday that "the Annapolis summit has no chance of success," and that "nobody is making the necessary preparations for the summit."
Speaking to journalists in Istanbul, Turkey, Assad also said that "Syria cannot give up the right to reclaim the entire Golan Heights."
The U.S.-sponsored diplomatic summit was planned for November but looks like it will not happen until December.
