(IsraelNN.com) Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni met with a delegation of Indonesian journalists on Thursday evening.  Livni told the delegation that Israel has no conflict with the Arab or Muslim worlds, and that Israel is interested in diplomatic relations with any country.  Arab and Muslim countries have a positive role to play in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, she said.

The delegation of Indonesian journalists is the first of its kind.  Indonesia, the world’s largest Muslim country, does not have diplomatic relations with Israel.
