Israeli Trauma Experts Training Mississippi Rescuers

(IsraelNN.com) Two Israeli trauma experts are in the southern state of Mississippi to help local firefighters and policemen learn how to deal with trauma. "Whenever they treat injured people or a family of victims, the way they react and approach these people will make a difference in the way these people cope,” said Dr. Yehuda Shacham of the Israeli Trauma Coalition.
The Center for Community Resilience organized the session, the first of four.
