(IsraelNN.com) The mother of kidnapped IDF reservist Ehud Goldwasser was not convinced of the veracity of reports Sunday that her son was transferred to Iran after he and fellow soldier Eldad Regev were abducted by Hizbullah terrorists in July 2006, calling it "a spin." The report follows one published last week by an Arabic newspaper in London quoted a French official as saying the two were presumed dead by the Israeli government.

“We hear these kinds of things all the time,” Miki Goldwasser told reporters. “There is no corroborating evidence to back up these reports… We hope it is just a psychological war.”

The families of both men have traveled the world appealing to international leaders to help convince Hizbullah terrorists to give them a sign of life of the soldiers.  Neither has been seen or heard from since their kidnap on the border with Lebanon.
