Rain, Rain Went Away

(IsraelNN.com) Hopes for the first rains of the winter have dissipated like early summer clouds, and the forecast now calls for rainless weather through next week. Israel's water resources have been seriously depleted in the past several years, and the country faces a water shortage if this winter is not wetter than usual.

Temperatures on Shabbat are forecasted at 26 degrees (79 F) in Jerusalem, 28 (82 F) in Tel Aviv, 29 (84) in Be'er Sheva and 25 (77 F) in the northern Galilee. The thermometer will dip in the beginning of the week and then will rise again.
