An Israeli cabbie who had been attacked by an Arab from Jenin in Acco was finally recognized as a victim of enemy hostilities Tuesday.
The Tel Aviv Magistrates Court ruled that the cab driver is eligible for medical benefits and other compensation given to terror victims.
The case is considered a precedent-setting one and the National Insurance Institute has been instructed to pay compensation to the man.
