In reaction to the Katyusha rocket fired at Netivot, Ashkelon Mayor Roni Mahatzri predicted Sunday that the government will not act against Gaza until a missile hits Tel Aviv, Israel's second largest city.

"Only then will the government of Israel do what is expected of it and act massively against the terror organizations in Gaza," he said.
