A proposal by the Knesset member Binyamin Elon Sunday would transform Palestinian Authority Arabs in Judea and Samaria into Jordanian citizens.

The National Union party chairman said the “Israeli initiative” would be a “humane solution to the (PA Arab) refugee problem.” The proposal includes Israeli control over Judea and Samaria within the context of a strategic partnership with Jordan.

One of the demands of the 2002 Arab League peace proposal includes immigration to Israel of millions of foreign Arab descendants of those who fled the Jewish State during the 1948 War of Independence.
