One terrorist was killed late Thursday night during a counter-terrorist action near the Karni Crossing. No Israelis were injured in several attacks on the western Negev and near Hevron.

A Kassam rocket slammed into an open area near Kibbutz Nir Am, causing no damage. Near the community of Beit Haggai, adjacent to Hevron, a roadside bomb exploded as police vehicle drove by.
