President Shimon Peres has signed the final documents allowing 30 terrorist prisoners to be set free on Tuesday.  The terrorists in question were scheduled to be released to Gaza on Monday morning, but their release was delayed for unclear reasons. 

56 terrorists were released on Monday to Judea and Samaria.  A petition filed by the Almagor organization for victims of terrorism against the release was rejected by the government and the Supreme Court.
