(IsraelNN.com) A group of 29 terrorists who were meant to be released on Monday as a “gesture” to Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas remain in prison on Monday evening.  The 29, residents of Gaza, have been defined as prisoners “without blood on the hands,” although many were involved in attempts to murder Israelis.

President Shimon Peres has not yet signed the release forms for the 29 Gaza terrorists.  It is not clear what is causing the delay in the prisoner release.  Terrorists who were released in Judea and Samaria were set free hours after the scheduled release.
