39 Fatah organizations and institutes have decided to file a criminal complaint and a civil lawsuit against Al Aksa satellite TV, which is owned and operated by Hamas, regarding a cartoon they were insulted by.

The cartoon shows Hamas as a lion and Fatah's men as corrupt rats in sunglasses, who fled Gaza when Hamas confronted them.
